Sinful Colors Halloween 2015

I finally found the giant Sinful Colors Halloween display at Walgreens.  There were two new colors in this display. Devil's Stare and Stone Cold. Onto the swatches.  They also had the Glow in the Dark topcoat, and a bunch of other core colors. 

Sinful Colors Devil's Stare

Shown is 3 coats topped with Seche Vite. I really like the look of this one, flackies and glitter are always a win. Unfortunately this has a really thick formula, its not too difficult to work with but the next time I wear this I will definitely use some undies.

Sinful Colors Stone Cold

Shown is also 3 coats topped with Seche Vite.  This one was a pretty sheer, one coat looked almost like a topper. I wasn't sure if it would, but it built up nicely. It does dry a bit bumpy due to the glitter, so a top coat is definitely needed.
