This towel is my best friend at the gym. At first I had no use for it but now that I am being more active and going farther faster I am getting hot where as before I didn't break a sweat. This cooling towel helps me to control my temperature and allow me to keep being active longer than without it. How many non athletes do you know that keep going when they are hot? Not many, we mostly give up  as soon as we get hot. I love this towel so much I have told all my co workers who go to the gym with me about it and several have gotten them one as well. Its kind of funny but half of my team at work all go to the gym on the same days at the same time. Its kind of weird but I love not being surrounded by complete strangers. 

Anyway this thing is amazing. I left it out one day to see what would happen since the package mentions that it can dry out. When I pulled it from my bag it was rock hard and made me giggle with how funny it looked. I threw it under the faucet and it went back to normal. I find it easiest to keep it in a ziplock bag instead of the case it came with. While I have been hand washing mine it is washing machine safe.
